This Privacy Policy applies to the PractEar app, referred to in this policy as the "Application." The Application is provided by PractEar, referred to as the "Service Provider," as a freemium service and is intended for use as is.

The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This may include your device IP address, the pages or screens you visit within the Application, the time and date of your visit, the time spent using the Application, and the operating system on your mobile device. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application may use Artificial Intelligence technologies to improve user experience and support certain features. AI components may process user data to provide personalized content, recommendations, or automated functionality. Any such processing is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider may use the information provided by you to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, service updates, or marketing promotions.

Only aggregated or anonymized data may be shared with external services to help improve the Application and related services. The Application may also use third-party services that have their own privacy practices, including Google Play Services, RevenueCat, and Apple App Store Services.

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud, to respond to legal or government requests, or when working with trusted service providers who process data on the Service Provider's behalf.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or app marketplace can be used for this purpose.

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward. If you would like your data deleted, you may contact the Service Provider at support@practear.com.

The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit data from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take steps to delete that information promptly.

The Service Provider takes security seriously and uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help protect the information it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application after changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of those changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-04-24. By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
