These Terms of Service govern your use of the PractEar website and mobile application, referred to in these Terms as the "Service." By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

PractEar provides ear training exercises, progress tracking, and related educational features for musicians and learners. The Service may offer both free and paid features.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Service. You must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse paid features, or disrupt the experience of other users.

Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

PractEar may offer a free version with limited functionality and a Pro version with expanded access, including all exercises and unlimited practice sessions. Pricing, features, and subscription availability may change over time.

All content, branding, interfaces, exercise structures, and materials provided by PractEar are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written permission.

PractEar may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, exercise availability, account functions, and pricing structures.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While PractEar aims to provide a reliable and useful experience, the Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
